What are the benefits of buying a Turnkey Solution from ComEnCo?
There are two primary benefits. ComEnCo’s turnkey solutions are designed and built to work together. So you can expect optimal integration between components. Equipment from different manufacturers may not operate as efficiently when combined in an ad hoc system.
Secondly, ComEnCo’s technicians have decades of experience in working on our systems. In contrast, should problems arise with an ad hoc system, particularly involving two or more components, you may find each vendor less knowledgeable about the other’s equipment and reluctant to assume responsibility.
Can ComEnCo help optimize existing systems?
Yes, we can. ComEnCo Systems Inc. also offers customized integration solutions designed to maximize energy savings from you current equipment. Whether it’s a Heat Recovery Unit, an Oxidizer, or one of our other products, ComEnCo technicians have the experience and know how to address your needs.
How much improvement can I expect to see in my system?
While each system is different, ComEnCo’s Heat Exchange and Pollution Control Systems can offer significant cost and energy savings. Our Heat Exchange Systems typically improve efficiency by up to 75 to 85 percent, while our Pollution Control Systems can eliminate up to 99 percent of your industrial exhaust emissions.
What are the benefits of pre-painting coil coating ovens?
These ovens are more efficient, averaging a painting rate of 500 to 700 feet per minute (FPM) as compared to the average rate of 30 FPM achieved by post-painting processes. These systems also are more cost effective, and reduce environmental compliance concerns as the process takes place in the enclosed, ventilated unit.
